We then refine it based on your feedback until you're happy, before going live. The whole process from first message to live website is typically 5–7 days.
What do I need to provide to get started?

Just the basics — your business name, what you do, your location, contact details and any photos or a logo if you have them. We guide you through everything on WhatsApp. You don't need to be technical at all. If you don't have photos, we can use quality stock images that suit your industry at no extra cost.
Can I update the website myself after it's live?

Your monthly plan includes a set number of content changes per month handled by us — no technical knowledge needed on your side. Just WhatsApp us the change (new price, updated hours, a new photo) and we sort it out, usually within 24 hours. This keeps your site accurate without you needing to learn anything technical.
Is the .co.za domain name included?

Yes — your .co.za domain registration is included in your first year on all plans. After that, the annual domain renewal is covered by your monthly fee. You won't receive a separate domain invoice — it's all wrapped into the one monthly amount. Simple.
What happens if I want to cancel?
